Dekiste has been developing and producing Radionode products on its own based on 12 years of field experience and accumulated technology. Radionode, a brand specializing in thermal (temperature) verification and environmental monitoring, supports analog interface technology and various communication methods required in industrial sites, so it can transmit various sensor data as well as directly check data through PC or mobile, so it is possible to move for work to minimize
Q. What is your main business?
A. Compared to the recent increase in demand for cold chain (low temperature distribution system), the supply has not increased rapidly because of the technical difficulties in combining a communication network that transmits data as well as a temperature sensor. To meet this demand, Radionode is offering a cold chain temperature monitoring solution at a competitive price. In addition, as the demand for gas detection and environmental monitoring for the working environment is rapidly increasing due to high interest in the environment and reinforced safety regulations, we are developing, manufacturing and selling air quality, water quality, and toxic gas management sensors.
Q. What was the business performance in the first half, and what are your expectations for the second half?
A. As the full-scale COVID-2 vaccination began in February of this year, interest in the safety and storage of the vaccine has increased. Radionode spent the first half of the year busy by managing the temperature of the corona vaccine and collaborating with bio companies. As a result, the product was supplied to the International Vaccine Research Institute, and the Tapaculo 19 (subscription data monitoring system) supported vaccine storage temperature monitoring.
In addition, as the mandatory application of HACCP (HACCP), which was postponed last year, is extended this year, in the second half of the year, we plan to expand automation and computerization of temperature management at an unprecedented price for food companies. Food companies can receive real-time temperature record management and stylized report support, as well as support for dew point or food poisoning index alarms based on the temperature and humidity values of the site measured by Radionode.

Q. What kinds of products can you meet at '2021 Smart Factory + Automation World'?
A. Based on the accumulated technology for 12 years, we prepared various sensor products in line with the trend of 'strengthening industrial safety regulations'. Major products include a film-type temperature sensor 'Zeroleak', as well as various thermo-hygrometers, temperature monitoring systems, and environmental monitoring systems. In particular, the newly developed zeroric is a film-type sensor with a thickness of tape, and when a temperature sensor is inserted to manage the temperature of the refrigerator, a gap is created in the door gap, which solves the problem of general sensors that cause frost as moisture enters.
In addition to sensor measurement technology, a QR code scanning function that manages the data will also be introduced. You can easily check real-time data and recent (1-7 days) data change trends by scanning the QR code.
The QR code scanning function can also be used for on-site management of confined spaces. Rather than collecting gas from the site directly, the manager can check the gas concentration before work by scanning the QR code, which is now routine, and can be managed in an integrated way in the office.

Q. What is the booth operation plan during the exhibition period?
A. One of the things in common between the 7080s and the MZ generation is that they experienced the teacher's blackboard lectures at school. To attract the attention of new employees as well as managers, we plan to decorate the booth with the familiar 'handwriting on the blackboard'. By attaching the actual product on the blackboard and designing the booth with handwriting to help understand the products, visitors will be able to directly check the data measured on site in a separate location or with their smartphone.
Q. What are your future plans?
A. Many things have changed during the COVID-19 crisis, and some say it is difficult to return to a pre-COVID society. In particular, as non-face-to-face areas have expanded and a wide range of generations have rapidly acquired new technologies, just as telecommuting and online class experiences have become common, it is also true that the outlook and expectations for technology have risen. Dekiste will strive to more professionally manage temperature monitoring such as thermal verification and environmental monitoring that manages various gases such as air quality, particles, ammonia, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen so that customers can focus on their core business.
