Alarms and histories that occurred in the past due to temperature deviation are retrieved, but at that time, it is hard to remember why the temperature deviates from the normal range, so who took action and how.
So Tapaculo 365 is ready. A function has been added that allows the person in charge who received the alarm to enter the cause of the alarm and the processing result in the case of the alarm occurrence.
If an alarm occurs in the same channel, you can check the countermeasures for the alarms sent in the past, so you can immediately help improve the situation on site.
In addition, it will be helpful in managing the equipment as well as in the field as it is possible to quickly identify equipment defects and prevent failures in advance.

Deputy Hwang, the thermo-hygrometer on the east side of the warehouse... Do you know where it is installed?
Tapaculo365 adds sensor location registration function

When registering a Radionode device/channel, if you named it 'Freezer1 - Temperature', you can see that it is 'Temperature' of 'Frozen Warehouse1'.
However, if you receive an alarm that the power supply to the device has been cut or communication has been cut off, the person in charge who worked for the installation has moved to another department, or it has been installed for a long time,
It often takes a lot of time to find out where the device is.
To prevent this, Tapaculo365 has added the ability to take a picture of the installed location and upload it so that you can easily see where the device is installed.
Now, if the device is moved to a relocated company, it can be updated by taking a new picture, so systematic facility management is also possible.
