The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that vaccines stored in refrigeration be stored at a temperature of 2 to 8℃ and frozen vaccines to be stored at a temperature of -50 to -15℃.
Vaccines outside the normal temperature range cause financial loss, so managing them to be stored in a uniform environment is also a central task.

Since it is usually important to create an environment similar to the body because cells are extracted and cultured in the body, managing the CO2 incubator is also one of the important tasks.
Since CO2% in venous blood of healthy people is 5.4~6.6%, it is usually maintained at a concentration of 5% in cell culture and at a concentration of 2~8% in some cell cultures.
