Case 1. ESS temperature and humidity management, remote monitoring with RN171

In addition, the need to introduce remote monitoring has increased as the movement of indoor facilities in a building accessible to the public is being promoted to the outdoors.
Accordingly, OO Chemical gave a question to the Radionode to remotely monitor the internal temperature and humidity of the ESS.
Radionode designed to transmit the temperature and humidity data measured by the UA10 temperature and humidity sensor to a remote server in real time using an RN171 (Ethernet / MODBUS-TCP supported) Ethernet transmitter, and delivered 1,000 SETs.

Water plays a very important role in the semiconductor industry.

The PH concentration of the cleaning water that removes contaminants attached to the display and semiconductor surfaces and the pressure of the cleaning water pump greatly affect the quality.
There are also heavy metals that can be removed only by injecting certain chemicals to match the PH and ORP.
In the process, ammonia water leaked and the employee felt vomiting and complained of pain.
Although the PH concentration of the washing water and the pressure control of the washing water pump are important control points, it is very cumbersome and difficult to go to the site and check the level.
Therefore, OO Electronics connected the existing 4-20mA output PH sensor and pressure sensor to the RN400-T2CS product.
It is now possible to remotely manage equipment data.
Data transmitted to the Tapaculo 365 Cloud Serivce in real time to compare and analyze the PH concentration of the washing water by location, etc.
