Challenge to protect Korean beef quality

Last summer, the head of the quality team at agricultural company A was in big trouble. 

It was difficult to guarantee reliability during HACCP inspection with the temperature data of the refrigerated warehouse that was manually recorded every day.

The quality team leader decided that he could not delay any longer and decided to introduce an automated temperature monitoring system.

First introduction and success

In early 2023, the quality team leader introduced RN3-T400TS to three refrigerated warehouses for the first time. 

Radionode is a high-precision temperature sensor that collects data in real time and enables remote monitoring using a wireless network. 

Not only did it save the employees' trouble, but it was also a great help during HACCP inspection. 

This first introduction was successful, and the quality team leader soon decided to introduce RN4-T400TS to the remaining four refrigerated warehouses.

● Accurate temperature measurement: RN400-T2TS used a high-precision temperature sensor to provide accurate temperature data in real time. This made quality control more efficient.

● Remote monitoring: Remote monitoring was possible through a wireless connection, allowing managers to check the temperature and take action in real time, anytime, anywhere. This has greatly improved the convenience of management.

● Automatic recording and reporting: The system automatically records temperature data and generates a report, eliminating the inconvenience of manual recording and providing reliable data during HACCP inspection.
